Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

By purchasing, registering for, accessing, or participating in any products, resources, webinars, communities, programs, trainings, or services from Psalm for the Soul, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Products, Resources, and Program Access

Psalm for the Soul may offer digital products, workbooks, guides, webinars, live trainings, communities, coaching programs, mentorship programs, and related resources.

Digital Products and Refunds

Digital products, including guides, workbooks, downloads, and recorded resources, are delivered electronically. Because digital products are accessible immediately or shortly after purchase, all digital product sales are final and refunds are not provided unless required by law.

For paid programs, memberships, mentorships, or communities, refund and cancellation terms may vary by offer and will be stated on the applicable checkout page, invoice, agreement, or enrollment page. Unless otherwise stated, payments already made are non-refundable.

Personal Use Only

All Psalm for the Soul materials are for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, teach from, upload, share, modify, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission from Psalm for the Soul.

This includes, but is not limited to, written content, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, videos, recordings, live training materials, downloads, slides, community posts, and program resources.

Educational and Faith-Based Coaching Purpose

Psalm for the Soul provides educational, personal growth, faith-based coaching, spiritual growth, and emotional wellness support.

The information provided through our products, webinars, communities, programs, and services is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, psychiatric care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional treatment.

Participation in a webinar, program, community, or coaching service does not create a therapist-client, medical provider-patient, or clinical treatment relationship.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or thoughts of harming others, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact a crisis hotline immediately.

No Guaranteed Results

Psalm for the Soul provides tools, teaching, reflection prompts, faith-based guidance, coaching support, and educational resources. Your results depend on your participation, application, personal circumstances, consistency, and other factors outside of our control.

We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, breakthroughs, income, healing, relationship changes, emotional changes, spiritual outcomes, or personal transformation.

Webinars, Live Trainings, and Recordings

When you register for a webinar, live training, or event, you may receive confirmation emails, reminder messages, access links, replay links, and follow-up communication related to the event.

Webinars and trainings may be recorded. By attending or participating, you understand that your name, comments, questions, voice, or likeness may be visible or audible depending on the platform and your participation. You are responsible for managing your own camera, microphone, display name, and participation settings.

Psalm for the Soul reserves the right to modify, reschedule, cancel, or remove access to any webinar, training, replay, or event when necessary.

Community and Participation Guidelines

If you participate in a Psalm for the Soul community, mentorship, group coaching space, webinar chat, or live training, you agree to engage respectfully and appropriately.

You may not harass, threaten, demean, exploit, spam, promote unrelated offers, share confidential content from other participants, or disrupt the learning environment.

Psalm for the Soul reserves the right to remove any participant from a community, program, webinar, or training without refund if their behavior is inappropriate, harmful, disruptive, or violates these terms.

Payments and Memberships

For paid memberships, subscriptions, mentorships, or recurring programs, you authorize Psalm for the Soul or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the terms presented at checkout or enrollment.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Failed payments may result in paused or canceled access to paid resources, communities, programs, or services.

Unless otherwise stated, recurring payments continue until canceled according to the cancellation instructions provided for that offer.

All Psalm for the Soul materials, including written content, worksheets, frameworks, graphics, videos, recordings, downloads, slides, program materials, community content, and related resources, are owned by Psalm for the Soul unless otherwise stated.
